Enjoy the oldest principles from the occident by means of many experiences and facilities in the hotel and in a spacious park and pool area. A 16x8-metre heated pool - which can be turned into an indoor pool depending on weather conditions -, the new garden sauna, the Balance Oasis, where treatments according to the principles of the 4 elements are offered, and the special breakfast buffet are only some examples.

Food & Beverages

The 4 elements are also an important part of the hotel's cuisine, which features a daily special meal prepared according to these aspects. Enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet, small snacks in the afternoon and gourmet dinners. The aperitif bar on the roof terrace is an ideal start to a pleasant evening. The culinary delights of the restaurants have won the World Cookbook Award and are also available to à la carte guests wishing to enjoy Chef Andrea Grossmann's delightful cuisine.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 100 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 28.00 per person.  Half board costs EUR 20.00 per child under 16 years.  Half board costs EUR 14.00 per child under 10 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children from 0 to 1 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 1 to 5 years are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 6 to 11 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 12 to 15 years are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 40 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
