Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of the first three nights will be charged.  If modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children from 12 to 14 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
