Please note that in the spa area the use of a bathing cap, robe, slippers and towels is compulsory. All can be rented at an additional charge.

Food & Beverages

Located on the ground floor, the restaurant serves Italian as well as traditional Portuguese cuisine. Lunch is served between 12:30 and 15:00 and dinner between 19:30 and 22:30. Room service is also available. For moments of relaxation, guests can go to the bar on the ground floor, which is open daily from 10:00 to 00:00.

Please note that the pool is only open to guests 16 years or older. Entries are subject to availability.

Internet

Internet via modem is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 3.50 per hour. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 5.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 15.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  All older children or adults are charged 40 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
