Rooms

The rooms are all decorated with light pastel colours, each one has its own, like yellow, green, blue and orange. The furniture is in bamboo style. All rooms have lake view, some of them with balcony and some others with terrace. Most of them are equipped with air conditioning.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 1.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs CHF 20.00 per child under 16 years.  Half board costs CHF 30.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
