Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 5.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
