Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 45 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 10 per night in a baby cot.  One child from 3 to 12 years is charged 35 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged 45 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
