Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 3 to 12 years is charged 40 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
