Enjoy Chef Nick Yanes' signature bistro-like restaurant, H5O. Offering a superior individualized dining experience without the fuss and at an affordable price, its focus will be on flavors and textures. H5O's food is simple, classic, fun, whimsical, made with the best products and ingredients – many of which are locally and/or organically grown. Its beverage options feature bar drinks with fresh fruit ingredients, juices, garnishes. And as many as 100 wine varieties may be featured at any one time on the restaurant's wine list. H5O is downtown Portland's newest, exciting, comfortable, and fun place to hang out. Open daily from 6.30am-10pm.

Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs USD 20.00 per day.  Private parking is possible on site and costs USD 25.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 4 years is charged USD 20.00 per night in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged USD 20.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
