If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 6.30 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 12.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 3.50 per night and person for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
