Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 3.00 per night and person for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
