Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 12.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children or adults are charged EUR 16.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 4.00 per night and person for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
