Bathrobes and cables for the wired internet access are available at the reception (a deposit is required).

Please note that the entire booking rate is to be paid upon check-in. Please, note for reservations including Christmas and New Year, there are Christmas and New Year's eve dinners which are not included in the price and which are compulsory.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 1.50 per hour.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 12.00 per person.  Half board costs EUR 6.00 per child under 14 years.  Half board is free of charge for children up to 5 years.  All inclusive costs EUR 32.00 per person.  All inclusive costs EUR 16.00 per child under 14 years.  All inclusive is free of charge for children up to 5 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children or adults stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.20 per night and person for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
