Area information

The town of Pomezia is situated in the south province of Rome and is easily connected with the capitol by high speed route. It takes only 20 minutes to reach the nearest underground station. Public transport is also available all the week: bus and train are very frequent and very easy to be taken. Also very interesting is the seaside district with its attractions among with Zoomarine acquatic park, only 10 minutes from the hotel site.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
