All apartments feature private patios looking out to the 25 acres of peaceful hotel grounds, river and vineyards. The perfect way to finish a great day of wine tasting and sightseeing is to sit back on your verandah and with a cheese platter and glass of wine or sink down and relax in your in-room spa tub. Take a stroll to the local restaurants or cook a romantic meal (full kitchen facilities available in one and two bedroom apartments).

Seasons Restaurant is open for breakfast from 8.00 am to 10:30am every Saturday and Sunday morning and 8.30am to 10.00am on weekdays.

After Hours Procedure: Key will be placed in night box. The property will add 1.5% to all payments made by Visa/MasterCard/Bankcard and 3.5% to payments made by AMEX/Diners.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs AUD 5.00 per hour.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 16 percent of the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of AUD 100 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs AUD 14.00 per person.  Full English breakfast costs AUD 18.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged AUD 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged AUD 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
