Hunter Valley Resort is home to the largest winery in the Hunter Valley. Guided tours are conducted daily at 9am. Bookings essential. Hunter Valley Wine Theatre is conducted daily at 11am and 2pm. Bookings also essential. The cellar door is open for wine tastings and sales every day from 10am to 5pm.

Food & Beverages

San Martino Restaurant is open every evening for dinner. Next door you will find the Bluetongue Brewery Cafe. The Hunter Valley Cooking School is available on site for a minimum of 8 people (booking needed). A 2-hour course at the on-site Hunter Valley Wine School is available every morning at 09:00 (booking needed).

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and charges are applicable.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs AUD 14.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs AUD 18.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged AUD 5.00 per night for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
