If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 20 will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 20 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 6 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 8 per night per person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
