Hotel details

The reception is open everyday from 08:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 21:00. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, please contact the hotel in advance. The hotel does not accept American Express credit cards as a room guarantee or as a method of payment. Reservations for a stay of 6 nights or more : the hotel will charge a deposit corresponding 30% of the total amount, at the time of the reservation. This deposit is non refundable in case of cancellation or amendment.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 1.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 15 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.85 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
