The studios offer a warm and functional setting whether you want to sleep, relax or maybe even work. They are fully-equipped, well-appointed and feature a sofa bed made up before your arrival, a double bed or twin beds, a living room with a desk, a kitchen and a bathroom.

Hotel details

The reception is open Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00, Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 18:00 and Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00. Reception is closed on Sundays and bank holidays.

Food & Beverages

Breakfast is not available on Sundays and public holidays.

If you plan to arrive outside the opening hours, please contact the hotel in order to obtain the access code. Please note that the rooms are cleaned once a week.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 4.50 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
