Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please Note: A deposit will be asked upon arrival when paying in cash. There will be a charge per stay per pet with a maximum weight of 40 pounds.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15.5 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 10.00 per night when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 10.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
