Aperitif bar: Opening hours: 07:00 - 23:00 The Lipa inn Opening hours: 09:00 - 23:30, on Saturdays until midnight

Renovation and expansion works will be completed in September 2009. During this period the hotel will continue to operate normally since the construction work will be done in stages.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Lunch costs EUR 11.00 per person.  Dinner costs EUR 11.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 4.50 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 53.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
