If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 16 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged USD 20 per night and person in an extra bed.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 10 per night per person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
