There are several dining options available on-site. Enjoy an international buffet at El Nopal, dine on traditional Italian cuisine at La Scala and Miramare, or sample Asian cuisine at Bambu. The El Cenote Snack Bar also provides quick meals, including hamburgers, sandwiches and salads.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Internet via modem is available in the business centre and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % Tax is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Meals and selected beverages is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child from 7 to 17 years is charged USD 20.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

No special conditions apply for groups.
