The hotel has 4 outdoor swimming pools; one main pool on the main terrace, a kids pool, and 2 rooftop pools. It also has 4 different terraces where you can relax and sunbathe.

Food & Beverages

The hotel's restaurant Las Cañadas offers a delicious buffet for breakfast and dinner. In the evening, you can sample the themed cuisine dinners, including Mexican, Canarian, Italian and Spanish cooking. Opening times of the restaurant are from 07:00 to 10:00 for breakfast and from 18:30 to 21:30 for dinner. Enjoy a cocktail or grab a snack in the hotel's pool bar, which is open everyday from 10:00 to 18:00.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
