The hotel has a number of restaurants to choose from as listed below: Restaurante Principal: Buffet breakfast and dinner service and show-cooking. Themed dinners twice a week with Spanish and Canarian specialities. Gentlemen are asked to wear long trousers. Vegetarian and dietary requirements catered for upon request. Breakfast: 07:00 - 10:00 Dinner 18:30 - 21:00 La Choza: Facing the sea and serving a later breakfast for those who prefer a lie-in. Traditional-style lunch service. Conveniently located beside the pool. Breakfast: 09:00 - 11:00 Lunch: 13:00 -15:00 Pizzeria: Located beside the main swimming pool and facing the Atlantic Ocean, lunch service with a variety of pizzas, hamburgers and sandwiches. Not included in half-board meal plan. Opening times: 10:00 - 18:00 Bars Bar Coco Loco: (09:00 - 01:00) An exotic-themed bar serving cocktails on the island of the main swimming pool.. Bar Portalón: (09:00 - 00:00) Located in reception and with live piano music. Bar Antigua: (20:00 - 00:00) Live music and dancing shows. Bar Betancuria: (09:00 - 02:00) The perfect spot for an evening meeting place. Bar Vitaminas (11:00 - 18:00) Located in the relaxation zone, this bar serves natural juices.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
