There is a cleaning service and change of towels 3 times a week, as well as a change of bed linen once a week. For an extra fee, you can use the internet service in the chaparral’s reception area.

The neaby Hotel Marieta serves a buffet-style breakfast and is located 200 meters from the Chaparral complex.

Please contact the hotel if you are going to arrive later than 20h. Keys are collected from Montemayor Apartments located just 50 metres from the Chaparral complex.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 6.75 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
