Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of USD 300.00 will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of USD 300 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.  A fixed amount of USD 500 per room will be charged at least 3 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

Tax is included.  10 % service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 25.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 25.00 per stay in an extra bed.  One child under 2 years is charged USD 25.00 per stay in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
