Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.  If modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 70.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  There is no capacity for cots in the room. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
