Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first two nights will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % Tax is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 60.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.  

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
