Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. A processing fee of 10% of the deposit is charged on all canceled reservations.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the first two nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % Tax is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further children from 4 to 12 years are charged USD 7.50 per night and person when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 15.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night in an extra bed.  One child under 2 years is charged USD 10.00 per night in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

No special conditions apply for groups.
