Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % Tax is included.  10 % service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children older than 18 years are welcome.  All further children or adults are charged USD 40.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult stays free of charge in an extra bed.  Baby cots are not available.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 3. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
