Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  There is no city/tourist tax. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.  One child or adult is charged USD 20.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
