El Cafe de la Hacienda is located on-site and offers a variety of traditional Mexican and international cuisine as well as tropical cocktails and other beverages. Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at the restaurant.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site and costs USD 2.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 35.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

When booking more than 7 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
