The Royal hotel is an all-inclusive property. The all-inclusive status provides guests with a variety of amenities and facilities at no additional cost. Guests are able to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner, unlimited domestic and international premium liquors, beers and wines, 24-hour room service, introductory scuba diving lessons and snorkeling equipment rental. The all-inclusive also includes all daily and nightly entertainment as well as beach butler service and use of Royal Beach Cabanas.

Food & Beverages

The del Carmen offers guests an endless variety of dining options. For traditional Spanish tapas, there is Tapas and Pintxos, for buffet-style dining try Spice or for Caribbean cuisine there is Pelicanos. There are also several bars and lounges located on-site. The Martini Corner Bar features an extensive martini menu, the Tequileria and Cigar Club Bar offers classic Mexican tequila and hand-rolled cigars, while the Trade Winds Pool bars serves tropical cocktails and more.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. -Please note children cannot be accommodated at this property. Adults older than 18 years old are welcome.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % Tax is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Meals and selected beverages is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children older than 16 years are welcome.  One child or adult is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
