Guests have a number of dining options available on-site. For traditional Mexican cuisine, try Maria's. The Albatros features a varied international menu and Il Pescatore offers classic Italian dishes. The resort also features several on-site bars. Many of these bars offer specialty cocktails and beverages along with light snacks and dishes.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please note, the maximum occupancy for the Family Junior Suite is 2 adults and 3 children only for rate published.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % Tax is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Meals and selected beverages is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child from 6 to 12 years is charged 40 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  One child from 13 to 17 years is charged 60 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
