Guests will enjoy a variety of dishes in the resort's 3 restaurants, including Mexican, Italian and Asian cuisine. After dinner, guests can relax with a beverage in one of the resort bars. Guests can also enjoy the dining facilities and bars at the Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort, Cozumel Palace, Aventura Spa Palace and Sun Palace. Reservations may be required.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % Tax is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Meals and selected beverages is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Up to three children from 4 to 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
