Each vacation rental condo is uniquely decorated. There are rustic jungle themes and Mexican Mayan style themes as well as Asian and Mediterranean influenced decor. Some condos capture the natural environment with huge floor to ceiling glass sliding doors that open to create an indoor-outdoor atmosphere. At Villas Sacbe Condo Hotel no two vacation rental condominium apartments are alike and every condominium is unique. Some of the condominiums feature multi level duplex and triplex lofts with private terraces. Some units feature balconies and roof decks with breathtaking ocean views. Each condo features its own unique characteristics such as private Jacuzzis, Palapa (thatched) roofs and limestone walls with cascading waterfalls right inside the rooms.

Hotel details

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. -The hotel will hold a Condo Hotel Rental reservation without a deposit for 72 hours. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit. -The total Condo Hotel rental price will be forfeited for any cancellations received after the 30th day prior to the beginning to the rental period.The Hotel will make every attempt to rent the unit if you must cancel between the 59th day and your arrival date. If the Hotel is successful they will refund 50 percent of the hotel rental price and apply it towards a credit for another hotel rental period.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs USD 10.00 per 24 hours.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.  The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 11 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
