This resort's all-inclusive plan includes unlimited meals and beverages, 24-hour room service and all tips and taxes. The plan also covers snorkeling, kayak and bicycle rentals, the children's club and non-motorized water sports. Yoga classes along with use of the zip line and climbing wall are also included.

Food & Beverages

There are numerous on-site dining options available at the Hacienda Tres Rios. From international buffets at Casa Las Islas and fine Mexican cuisine at El Alebrije, to sandwiches at the Hacienda Grill and Asian dishes at Kotori, there is something for everyone. There are also several bars located on-site, including a tequila bar, a sports bar and a martini bar.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % Tax is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Meals and selected beverages is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children from 0 to 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 6 to 17 years are charged USD 120.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
