Food & Beverages

The hotel offers a signature breakfast that includes a selection of fruit, homemade cakes, yogurts, eggs and cold cuts in addition to coffee and juices. Breakfast can be enjoyed on the patio of the restaurant or in the privacy of the guest's room.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Hotel will not accept American Express. Hotel will only accept Visa or Mastercard as reservation guarantee. All seasons are subject to a non refundable clause in case of: Early departures - Unused nights Pets allowed: Small cats or dogs only. Pets must weigh 35 pounds or less and be housebroken. Pets are not allowed in restaurants or pool area. Pets must be with the owner at all times.

Cancellation Policy

Please note, if cancelled, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12 % VAT is not included.  3 % service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 30.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
