Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 23.50 per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.  There is no capacity for cots in the room. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
