Guests are provided with an endless variety of meal choices while at the Grand Riviera. There are over 10 different eateries and bars located on-site. Enjoy buffet-style dining, Mexican, Italian, seafood, Asian and more.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. -Please note children cannot be accommodated in the Laguna Villa Suite and Deluxe Junior Suite Pool.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 6-2 days before date of arrival, the first two nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % Tax is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Meals and selected beverages is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child from 2 to 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
