Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person.  Half board costs EUR 30.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 3.00 per night and person for cots.  One child from 4 to 12 years is charged 15 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged 25 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
