Hotel details

Key collection takes place at reception from 17:00 to 20:00. If guests need to pick up the keys outside these times, they must contact reception in advance and pay a supplement of EUR 15. A cash deposit of EUR 100 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned upon the apartments being left in an acceptable condition.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
