Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

9 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  0.5 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  One child from 3 to 12 years is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
