Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

9 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  0.5 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 4.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  One child from 5 to 12 years is charged EUR 5.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 10.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One further child from 7 to 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
