By car (Please follow these directions as the directions provided by Google travel are not correct): From the north: Italian: Alluscita del tunnel del San Gottardo (Airolo) proseguite fino alluscita autostradale Nr. 42 (Quinto), girate a sinistra sopra lautostrada, proseguite per ca. 500 m e poi svoltate a destra direzione Deggio/Altanca. Allentrata del paese di Altanca troverete una piccola piazza e la segnalazione del Lago Ritom. Proseguite sulla stradina (vedrete il cartello del nostro ristorante). Proseguite fino ad arrivare al nostro ristorante. English: After the St. Gotthard tunnels exit (Airolo) keep driving until exit nr. 42 (Quinto). After you exit the highway, turn left (over the highway) and drive for approx. 500 meter. At the sharp curve turn right direction Deggio Altanca. At the entrance of Altanca Village you will find our sign (Lago Ritom) on the right. Follow the little road that will take you to our place. German: Nach dem Gotthard Tunnel Richtung Süden, fahren Sie bis zur Autobahn-Ausfahrt Nr. 42 (Quinto). Nach der Ausfahrt fahren Sie links über die Autobahn, weiter für ca. 500 m und dann rechts an der scharfen Kurve Richtung Altanca/Deggio. Am Dorfeingang in Altanca werden Sie den Wegweiser Lago Ritom treffen. Hier fahren Sie rechts auf der kleinen Strasse weiter. By train: - On the Milan/Chiasso/Zurich train line get off at the Airolo station. - From the station take the yellow bus La Posta and get off at Piotta station. - From Piotta, follow the Ritom funicular sign to the funicular (approx. 10 minutes' walk).

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 48.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
