By car: - Coming from Durban, follow the N3 into Pinetown. - Change onto the M13 shortly after the Pavillon Shopping Centre. - Continue on this road until the M19 (St Johns)/M7 (Queensburgh) turn-off to your left. - Driving towards the bridge, turn right onto St Johns Avenue at the traffic lights. - Continue on this road until you see the Checkers Shopping Centre on your left. - Turn left onto Nisbett Road at the next traffic lights. - At the T-junction turn left onto Henwood Road. - Take the first road to your right (Kings Road). - The Premier Hotel Pinetown is the first driveway on your right.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs ZAR 95.00 per person.  Breakfast costs ZAR 40.00 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
