Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13.75 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 14 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 5.00 per night when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged USD 5.00 per night in a baby cot.  All older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
