Cancellation Policy

Please note, if cancelled, a fixed amount of USD 25.00 will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.27 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 13 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 25.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.  

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
