Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs USD 14.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child under 4 years is charged USD 20.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
