Refuel is the hotel's self-serve restaurant, featuring unique meals, as well as make-your-own cappuccinos. The restaurant is also open 24-hours daily. w xyz bar offers a variety of specialty cocktails and beverages along with a light menu.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site and costs USD 6.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 6:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15.2 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged USD 15.00 per night when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 15.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
